Lessons
The focus of the Academy from April through October will be individual and group lessons. The instructors will work with players that want to improve their results on the field. Also look for upcoming camps! If you are interested in instructions contact us. We have several experts in baseball and softball.
Team Practices
Special Spring and summer rates begin in April. Your team can book an hour in the building. Your team can also rent a set time for the entire month. For $40 an hour you can work out in our 4,000 square foot facility. If you select a set day and time, then you can rent the building for the entire month for only $125. Times are limited!
Your team can hire a member of our staff to assist you when you run a team practice-- $25 per hour. Contact us today!
